What is a Spiritual Release Work?
Some energies linger within us even when we can’t name them. Spiritual Release Work is a deeply supportive, in-person session where I guide you through the safe and gentle release of emotional, energetic, or spiritual weight.
This session is held in person only, as I remain close and attentive to ensure you are emotionally supported and fully grounded before leaving.
This work is ideal for:
Emotional or energetic heaviness that won’t shift
Past trauma or overwhelming emotional patterns
Energy absorption from others (especially common for empaths)
Spiritual unrest or unexplained sadness
During the session we will:
Begin with grounding and gentle energy balancing
Identify the energy ready to be released
Use intuitive guidance, breathwork, and spiritual support to safely release it
Offer space for comfort, stillness, and emotional integration

Healing & Cord Cutting
A few years back, a friend recommended Tamzen for hypnotherapy for weight loss.
I had been overweight throughout my teens and had very low selfesteem and terrible eating habits. I decided to give it a go as dieting hadn't worked. Over 6 months I saw Tamzen 12 times and lost 15kg. Tamzen and her hypnotherapy changed my thoughts towards food and healthy eating.
I continued losing weight over the next 12 months and lost a total of 26kg. I also had a couple of sessions of release work. I was able to let go of my chequered past. I put my negative destructive past behind me and now live a positive happy life. I am also able to give back to the community.

Spiritual Guidance Reading
I have a tear in a lower disk in my back and nothing was helping. I have exercises from my physio to do but I was too uncomfortable to do them a lot of the time. A friend recommended reiki and I was skeptical but would try anything. It helped take the edge off.
